The small print, in plain words

What you’re buying. The Digital Ronin is an educational guide supplied as a one-time digital purchase. It includes the written materials and worksheets described on the sales page at the time of your order, delivered as downloads.
What we don’t promise. We make no representation, promise or guarantee regarding income, revenue, sales, clients, traffic, followers or business results of any kind. This is not a guaranteed-income product and it is not a job. What you get out of it depends on the skill you choose, your market, your rates and how consistently you practise.
Your responsibilities.
Acceptable use. The materials are licensed for your own personal and business use. You may apply everything in them commercially. You may not resell, relicense or redistribute the materials themselves as a competing product.
The 30-day “it works as described” commitment. If a file won’t open, a download is missing, or something in the materials doesn’t work as the sales page described it, write to us inside your first 30 days and we will put it right — repair, replacement or a rebuilt file. This is a commitment to make the product work, not an offer of a cash refund, and nothing on this page should be read as one.
Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with this product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business opportunity.
What we collect. The name and email address you provide at purchase, and the contents of any message you send us.
What we do with it. We use it to deliver what you bought, to answer you when you write in, and to send you notices about your purchase. That is the whole list.
What we don’t do. We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade your email address. We do not share your details with third parties except where strictly necessary to deliver your purchase — a payment processor or an email delivery provider, for instance — and those parties only receive what they need.
Your choices. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the contact address below and we will action it. Marketing emails, if you receive any, carry an unsubscribe link that works.
